About

Most founders run their fundraise from a spreadsheet they update at 11pm. I help fix that.

Over the past five years I have worked across five countries in the European startup ecosystem, on both sides of the fundraising process. Inside a VC fund, I built the accelerator operations: onboarding, KPI reporting, impact dashboards across three verticals, and over a hundred ecosystem events with partners. Inside startups, I built the fundraising tracker, ran personalized investor outreach, organized data rooms, sat on pitch calls, and refined decks and investor FAQs based on real feedback.

The common thread is turning messy processes into something structured. Notion workspaces. Investor CRMs. Outreach workflows. Operational templates. KPI dashboards. The kind of infrastructure that founders need but rarely have the bandwidth to set up themselves.

SEALED is a way to do that work for startups that need it. Build the system, hand it over, let the team run with it.

Notion, Airtable, Investor CRM

Fundraising Command Center

A fundraising operations hub built from scratch: investor tracker with over two hundred personalized outreach records, pipeline management, meeting feedback capture, and follow-up cadence. One source of truth for the entire raise.

  • 200 personalized investor outreaches managed
  • Pitch feedback loop — capture, review, refine
  • Outreach templates and sequences ready to deploy
Legal Setup, DD Coordination, Investor FAQ

Data Room and Due Diligence

A fully structured data room with legal entity setup visualized and organized. Investor FAQ documents refined from real pitch call feedback. Every document a due diligence process typically asks for, organized before they ask.

  • Investor FAQ built from live pitch feedback
  • Deck refinement and narrative tightening
Templates, Workflows, KPI Dashboards

Operational Playbooks

Reusable operational infrastructure built from real accelerator and startup ops experience. Notion workspaces, workflow templates, KPI dashboards, and process playbooks that a team can pick up and run without you there to explain them.

  • Portfolio KPI and impact dashboards across 3 verticals
  • Process automation with Airtable, Zapier, Notion
  • Workflow task templates for repeatable operations

How It Works

01

Scope

A short conversation to understand where you are, what you need, and what is realistic within your timeline. We define exactly what gets built and what done looks like.

02

Build

I set up your fundraising infrastructure: tracker, data room, workflows, dashboards, whatever we scoped. You stay focused on running the company. I come back when it is ready.

03

Handover

You get a working system, documented and ready for your team to run. Not a strategy deck. Not a list of recommendations. Something your team can use the same day.

Contact

Your fundraise should not live in a spreadsheet.

If you are raising Seed to Series B and have a team of ten to a hundred people, I can set up the fundraising infrastructure your team needs and hand it over ready to use. Project based, clean handover, done.
